A Thanksgiving Tradition

We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families this week. Be sure to not come to youth group because we won't be having it this week.

Here's an idea that we did last year:
For each person of your immediate family write down five things you are thankful for about them. Then give them that note. Feel free to write one to Jesus as well. This will be an easy and rewarding way to be thankful this Thanksgiving.

Yeah, we do that every year. And we also do it with all of our cousins too. Have a great Thanksgiving.

Here's five things I'm thankful for, my family (I couldn't ask for a better one), my friends (Somebody once said that if you have two or three really good friends you are blessed, well, I then I really must be blessed, you guys are great.) I am thankful for my youth leaders, if it weren't for them, we wouldn't have a youth group and they have really been good mentores. I am thankful for my church, it is the best church I have ever attended and the people are great. And I am also thankful for life. God gave me life and now I'm going to use it for His glory.
Happy Thanksgiving !
