More on the Da Vinci Code

Today at youth group we took a quick look at Dan Brown's book The Da Vinci Code. This book has become a best-seller across the world and tomorrow debuts as The Da Vinci Code the movie. The movie's tagline is "Seek the Truth." As we saw tonight in the short video clip by Lee Strobel, the truth is that this fictional book touted and accepted as mostly true is in fact false. We as Christians need to take advantage of this opportunity to study the history of our faith more so that we can accurately give a defense (apologetic) for what we believe. (See 1 Peter 3:15)

I heard that the movie was terrible. Time magazine panned it. They said that it was illogical and kind of stupid.

On moody radio they have been advertizing a bood my Dr. Easly and they said that a large percent of christian's are believing it and the book as fact instead of fiction. It's really sad.
