What's "the tower"?

It was the game we played at youth group. Everyone gets paper balls and one team is defending a flag. The other team is trying to get the flag. When you get hit with a paper ball you are out. It was alot of fun. We played it about three years ago and it was a blast. It was great thursday too.

the tower is a game created in the first year of youth group. it is a one-sided capture the flag. one team defending the church from the other. instead of tagging the enemy you throw a paper ball at them, if you're hit you go to the basement. there are some rule varations that can be included but that is the basic idea.

We need to find something other than paper wads next time so that you really know when you're hit. I am thinking paintball might leave too many marks on the pews though. ;)

yeah and airsoft would be too hard to clean up also but it would be fun...:)

I think paintball might leave too many marks on the people too.

I was thinking that our church could have paintball or airsoft. Many other churches have them. Painball would be too expensive right now, but airsoft is very inexpensive. We would have to use them outside though, because Evan is right, it would be too hard to clean up indoors. If we could find alot of those rubber balls that we used to use for dodgeball, that would work for the tower. Or there are faberic balls that are at Wallmart that we could use. They can go through the air pretty well and aren't very expensive.
